HATED IT! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived there only seven months, but it was seven months too long. Just to move in I had to make several calls because no one would return my call-that should have been a tip-off as to the lack of concern for the renters. I later found out that management had changed in that short two weeks of me filling out the application, and once more while I was living there. The only way to get service was to call the corporate office with my complaints, I also put them in writing in very strong words. Last, but not least, the noise level is incredibly high. Curfew is not inforced (that means lots of noisey teens hanging out all hours of the night). There is an underlying stench of mold in the apartments, so beware if you have mold allergies. HATED SUNRIDGE. HATED IT . HATED IT.
