This place is an absolute joke and I beg anyone and everyonne to take it from someone who has lived here and is in the horrible process of trying to leave. First off, the pools are hallarious. They never work. The maintanance is the worsdt. I pay rent not morgagae and I expect to ahve an AC working when its 110 degrees! And the manager doen't care. She has given me every excuse in the book, but I'm sory there is noe xcuse for not caring. There are other people who live in the complex who used to work here and they told me that there employees stole and got free rent and electricity! For what' How can they get that and Ican't get an AC' I'm 54 years old and get hott easy! Anyways, the corporate office dont even care! They told me they would help, have I recieved a phone call' ot in the last month and ahalf since I called! Now, I'm trying to leave, and they wont give me any of my information to pass on to another (hopefully better) complex! I've been around Vegas apartments from Boulder City to rentals in Primm, and this is the most unorganized. I honestly believet hat there is some seriously illegal things going on in that office. I want out. I paid my rent, kept my mouth shut and now I'm being disrespected and underestimated. Dont go here, rent from a realator like I am.
