Sunrise Meadows at the Lakes

Very Unsafe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Sunrise Meadows is an absolutely unsafe apartment complex for families and is definitley the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I will be moving as soon as possible. There have been many incidents involving crime, violence and drugs within the past year and the situation is worsening. There are homeless people living in vacant apartments and a neighbor's apartment was broken into and everything of value was stolen. Several calls to the new management and Realty Management Inc. have resulted in inaction. They say they will handle it but do nothing. The office management and staff are incompetent and unfriendly and now refuse to respond at all. Do not take any chances with this complex and find a safer place to rent. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
