Sunrise Meadows at the Lakes

Here's the Truth From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   They have been trying to turn Sunrise Meadows into Condos, but no one is buying them, they are losing a ton of money investing, and they will have to stop conversion soon. We received a notice regarding the new water company that we are going to be using, in the letter it states that residents need to use water less, and that the rates are going up, I have heard nothing of this. Every morning and night I see the grass being flooded, there are broken sprinklers all over, and no one has fixed them. It took them a week to come out and fix our leak in our ceiling. I would not recommend this place to live, the management is terrible and are nothing but money grubbers.
