On their info, they say they have Sauna, fitness center, hot tub, heated pool, outdoor pool, bbq areas...yes, this is true. They have a nite patrol, but they do nothing to control the mess going on there. Drug dealing, fighting, management does not step up when needed.

Lot of teens come on the property and the management says they are banned from the property but they still come, destroy and cause trouble.

To date, have not been able to use the Sauna or fitness center because they have allowed the kids to ruin it. If you complain, then you are singled out with notices. They threaten you with fines. EG..had a couple of chairs, little table and two flower pots. I cleaned it daily and picked up cigarette butts and trash. Received a notice saying it was not allowed to have these items there, remove them or be fined. Well, why do i when others are still able to have their chairs, tables, plants, artificial grass in their entry way. This includes staff! There is one staff member who is apparently never reprimanded for their loud music, drug dealings and also furniture outside their residence.
