I'm sorry you feel that way Erica, as i have told you before you need to take the proper steps if you would like to report an incident that you think is involving an employee. If you are unhappy here you are welcome to terminate your lease at a $1500 lease break fee. I don't take your insults personally if you must know i am very educated. That's why i am in this position. If you would like to make a formal compliant you may call or stop by the leasing office during business hours and speak with me personally. If you would like to file a compliant that is fine we can also file because you have an unauthorized occupant residing with is a lease violation.

I will make a formal complaint about you, and the way you are running this place. I don't take anything you say personally either, but I believe that the fact you gave my name and said that I an unauthorized occupant residing in my apartment is a lease violation, doesn't sound so legal.

I also think she shouldnt have put her name out there. If she didnt take her comments personal than she should of contacted her and let her know that she read her comment and then she can handle it professionally. I am really taken back by that and not sure i want to rent from that property...

WOW .... REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL to say her name but thats how the management is !! So QUICK to ADD on fees, but thats NOT the case when it comes to FIXING MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS and picking up ALL the TRASH on the property !!! They DON'T CARE about the tenants!!! PLEASE tell us what that position would be because YOU AND YOUR STAFF DON'T MANAGE ANYTHING/NOTHING !!!
