Sunset Pointe

Bad Choice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   It appeared to be really nice at first, I even payed alittle more than I should have compared to other places because it looked nice and is in a nice location. A major dissapointment. The dishwasher didn't work. Only half of of the stove worked. Both of which i told the office but they never did anything about it. I had to park my second car about 3 minutes away from my apartment because there is such lack of parking spaces. Neighbors are constantly booming their stereos. Maintencance guys were constnatly throwing ladders directly in front of my door creating a big obstacle. The supposed 'gated entry' is worthless, once once car goes through a hundred more could go through before it closes; furthermore, it hardly every closed. The electricity goes out every year during the summer at the same time according to another resident. They mowe the lawn at midnight. Just a bunch of little annoyances really add up. Choosing this apartment complex would be a mistake.
