HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Do not rent here. I've lived here for 6 months and have found that the staff is incompetent and the apartments are infested with roaches. Countless maintence problems including: a broken dishwasher, moldy shower tiling, ceiling water damage, red stains on the carpet, nonfunctional dryer. So called "gated" entry is a joke; the gates have never worked properly. Security is nonexistent. Sunset Pointe apartments is a waste of money.
