WHAT A DUMP!!!
Couldn't take it anymore, had to get out of there! Not only are the apartments outdated and trashy, there is so much noise outside from the busy street close by and the airport that is right across the street!!!

There is no credibility behind this anonymous comment. What is trashy? That implies trash everywhere...this simply isn't the case and you know the day you walk in that you're next to the airport. What is even more appalling about this comment is that the apartments are well laid back from the street. Seem like a competitor or disgruntled employee wrote this one.

regardless of who wrote this or how well they described how crappy it was-it is. I have lived in ghettos on the east coast before and the apartments were better than sunset pointe. live there for long enough and you won't be defend them anymore I promise you. Worst apartments ever.
