I'm looking at some of these comments and obviously the people who wrote them haven't been in town too long. Location...Location...Location...these apartments are 1.5 miles from the strip and from my experience close to EVERYTHING. Yes, the airport is noisy, but that's a price to pay for the GOOD LOCATION. The grounds are well kept and clean. Management responds quickly. I have been here 1 and 1/2 years now and all is good. Somebody said their apartment was burglarized!'!' These apartments have alarm systems! I'd question the credibility of that comment. Yes, some kids do run a little rampant, but managment can't do anything about that unless you complain and then the parents blame managment. It's right there in black and white; children are not to play in the common area. For God's sakes! There's a huge park right next door! These parents are just too lazy to be good parents and let their children run wild; Not a good idea in an adult oriented town. These are GREAT apartments, with GOOD management and foot patrol security that responds quickly if called, but then I'd guess some people don't even bother to read their welcome packet for the number. If you want to know what bad apartments are about, go live in North Las Vegas, or at "Wildflower" apartments at 6666 W. Washington St. These people complaining don't have a clue how good they have it here! Oh...the gated community is not a joke...it's the community part that is a joke. It doesn't work if there is no community. You're NOT supposed to let strangers in behind you. The joke is the residents who don't read and don't do what they are supposed to do and then point the finger at everyone else.

First of all, I've lived in this town for over 20 years and I know where all the bad parts of town are and these apartments are located in one of them. Come on, they are right next to an old strip mall and 7-11! So give the LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION a rest already!!
Secondly, you question my credibility of whether or not my apt. was burglarized? YES IT WAS! As I've clearly stated before...an alarm system is of no use if management doesn't give the code to operate it. I received it AFTER my apt was broken into and everything of value was stolen. Do you think they cared...NOPE! The manager was too busy to speak to me so I had to deal with the snotty smart mouthed ass. manager. Who knows, maybe it was you. By the time and effort you put in to defending this horrible place, it's pretty obvious you work there and that your credibility should be questioned!!!
