Avoid a Disaster

It you madly crave threats, intimidation, and being treated like a common criminal, then this is the place for you. I could mention several incidences where they have threatened to brow beat me into submission for their selfish gain, but if I mentioned those incidents I would be subject to their reprisal which I cannot afford. They could destroy my credit rating which was in the excellent ranking, at least before I moved there. No one can afford to forfeit their good credit rating. That is what they are banking their intimidation on, that and you re locked into a lease. Doesn t it seem a bit odd that I m paying for their services, I m paying their salaries, virtually and literally, but that doesn t seem to instill a sense of obligation in them to protect me. How long could I keep a job if I treated my employer like that. Apparently my thinking is just all screwed up. Only accept a rental here if you absolutely cannot get anything else, like sleeping in the park with the transients. If you do rent there, try to blend into the woodwork so they don t notice you and take the shortest lease. Their mission is not gracious, as in how can they provide safety and protection for you. Their mission is self-centered and defensive, as in how can we protect our own best interests. Their Miss Congeniality attitude changes to Kugo the rabid dog shortly after the lease is signed. Their residents are nothing more than a meaningless statistic to them and you can expect nothing more than standard form documentation reaction. A cold, calculated opposition to your requests or needs. Not a very desirable way to live, is it? Good luck! You ll need it. Your will grow to hate it with a passion, and will consider drastic alternatives to escape the clutches of their lease.
