The previous poster hit the nail on the head. The staff at Sunset Pointe is welcoming until you sign your lease. After they hook you in youre just another plebeian. When something breaks in your apartment you can expect at least one day before they check the situation. The front gate malfunctioned constantly. There were raucous parties where some of my neighbors vehicles were vandalized. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you can find better places for much less.

yeah, I think this was posted by management... crime is up here SINCE they lowered the rent, everyone that has lived here is stuck because they didn't tell anyone that they were lowering it and if you had a lease renewal, it was only one paper that you had to sign- I was told the "it was the same lease" I have a crazy wacked out --- neighbor, and I have nothing against anyone - but when you lay out in a thong bikini in the common area and then jump up with your butt hanging out...(the cops were called for this), also I have heard from other neighnbors that he walks around in front of his window naked (and he's not good looking- looks like a cancer patient) lives with his mother.... walks around with a mechanical bird and tries talking to everyone, and walks aroundd with a pink guitar singing at all hours of the night..... If you live here, then you know what/who I'm talking about.....etc, etc. and besides that since they've lowered the rent, well we have taggers, gang members and all kinds of people that are obviously doing and selling drugs, windows broken, etc. etc. if you come by, yeah the leasing office is completely nice, They're basically sales people... and with all these 'new people' moving in, (and long time residents moving out because they won't and aren't offering to lower OUR rents) they are bringing all they're associates because of the $300 referral fee.. ..., the rules aren't even being inforced around here- the cops have to be called... I've never experienced this, It would at least be expected if I was living in the PROJECTS or in NORTH LAS VEGAS, not in HENDERSON ACROSS FROM SUNSET PARK- There went the
