Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   It's cheaper but the rent just went up since they are charging me a water fee now. They still water the grass when it rains and in the middle of the day in the summer when it is the hottest. At least it's green. I asked about a weed-like plant with huge thorns in my courtyard that I haven't seen anywhere else on the property and the office told me that it was desert landscaping and nothing could be done. They didn't even bother to look at it. (It's about 6 feet tall now with its offspring slowly taking over.) I don't swim since everytime I've gone down to the pool it is full of floatie stuff and I have to net the pool myself. You can't rent out the clubhouse or anything which makes me wonder why they have one. Other than that, it's okay. The noise from the airport isn't that bad. The tenents themselves are rather friendly. They do have a computer with internet connection for the tenents to use in the office. The fish tank in the clubhouse is nice too. (They just re-stocked their fish.) If you need something fixed they schedule it so that you can be home but they might make a mess. They also check your vents and smoke detectors once every quarter.
