My review of writing to you is to inform you on the extremely poor service at the grandview apt wich is next door to this one. The person name is Mia or Nia and she always have been uniformed on who her co workers are and any pertinent info that is ask of her that she should be well informed of such as an email not call the grand view resort which had absolutely nothing to do with my inquiry. We would appreciate if this person is educated more on the fundlemental of operating complex properties it would enhance the increase on potential persons whom may be interested in residing here at Grandview/Sunwood. When we first moved here there is a young black girl very mature looking hanging aroung alot of men, near the park day/night to current she seems to have a mental problem as well please look into this before something happens to her. Her mom leaves her out side for a long time and we are concerned. When we first moved here it was qoueted and I qouote "If you are a casino worker you pay half the lease of your monthly lease and Now asked again at Grandview its like uhmmm--uhhhhh What is it folks I agree with the last persons review please forward this to Grandview if able. Thank you P.S for the unit too much epecially paying for water that is being wasted by property over flow you need security too.
