Superb location close to Summerlin, shopping, and restaurants. Generally nice property and apartments. I live downstairs and hear my upstairs neighbor all the time. I can also hear next door neighbor in the bathroom.
The good: great location, nice property, generally nice apartments.
The bad: changing demographics to younger, louder, messier tenants. Management is inflexible even if you are a model tenant.
So if you you are a perfect tenant, flexible, like the location and don't mind the neighbors, its a good place.
