I've lived here for four years and have generally been very happy. I've virtually never heard any noise from the apartment next to me or above me. The grounds are kept up nicely and it is almost a park-like setting. Going into my second year here there was no rent increase. The lease for the 3rd and 4th years only went up $5/year. I am happy here and would recommend this complex to anyone. (One note: The complex has recently been purchased by another company. I hope that everything remains as it has been, or improves, but check this space for updates.)
