Moving on From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Finally! my lease has ended and I'm out here(YaHooooo!). I received my lease options last month, WOW, either I renew my lease and pay $65 more a month or go month-to-month & pay $175 extra a month. There's a strong arm tactic if I ever saw one. Someone was murdered in the complex across the street, so this is butt one more reflection of how the area is going down hill. If you're going to pay the big bucks for an apartment, this isn't it. Read all the reviews. The bad ones are right on and the good ones, well!!!!!!, I guess they just have extremely low-standards(maybe they have come from the East-side).
