At the City of Las Vegas Council meeting held 3/15/06, G & I III Talavera LLC requested and received approval to convert this complex to condominiums.

The applicants representative stated that the conversion might not take place for 5 to 10 years, and the applicant just wanted the entitlement. However, the approval does give them the right to begin conversion at any time, if they so choose.
