quiet, with repair issues

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We moved in a few months ago and the only issue we have had is repairs. Our washing machine has been broken for 5 days now and everyday we are told "tomorrow".
Often the hot tubs are out of order, but on investigation, people are using the filter for a garbage can. Not a management issue, thats a nasty tenant issue
We never hear the neighbors or traffic.
