I lived there for a year, and found it overall pleasant.
I heardly ever saw any bugs, and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, even though these could have been cleaned more often, and service on them could have been made quicker.
There were many car break-ins, and I don't think this is the best neighborhood.
But the staff was friendly and helpful, fixed any problem I had, and maintenance is generally good. So if you don't have a fancy car, a big family, or a poor soul you would have a great time here
