terrible with an incompetent staff

All I can say is "What a nighmare". The rudest manager you can imagine and the most incompetent mantenence staff I have ever seen. My heat broke and it took the office two days to get someone out. Every week it seems that something breaks, one week the garbage disposal, next the fridge, next the blinds . The sad part is the office staffs MAKES EXCUSES as to why things can not be repaired quickly instead of repairing them. My blinds have been broke since June of 2003. The offices response"They're on order." When my lease is up I will get out of this dump and never look back. Oh , get this, one neighbor doesn't have any doors inside his apartment. They promised him doors right away when he moved in. That was three months ago.
