Tamarus Park

 

I moved into this ghetto dump from a brand new palatial complex just to be closer to UNLV and avoid morning trafic.

What a mistake.

The problems start happening after i signed the 6th month lease.

My car got stolen and was missing for a month.

When i finally got it back several weeks later it was broken in to and they attempted to steal it ruining my ignition-AGAIN..

I tried to inform the complex about what happened the first time and they were very rude and unsympathetic.

One of the sales girls in the office even told me that other residents cars were being stolen or broken into.

The office manager admitted to me that they have unreliable security.

I spoke to one of the security guards on night and he informed me that Tamarus will only hire two guards to patrol.

Keep in mind that their are two separate complexes.

Tamarus Park I and II which are about a block away from eachother.

The apartments are old and dingy because of the cheap ancient wall air-conditioner that lets dust and dirt in.

ROACHES dont get me started.

Their solution to that is generic bug spray.

They do offer some great movein specials though, thats how they hook you in.

Thank GOD i only signed a six month lease.

Take a look and see for yourself..I dont want anyone to have to go through the trouble and anguish i did.
