Tamarus Park

Tamarus Park Apartment is the worst place that you could ever live, so don't even waste your time coming into the leasing office. They are so rude and just down right nasty.

First of all I have lived here 2years in Phase one, when I first moved in they asked did we have any complaints about our apartment, we gave them a list from the dishwasher being broke, the side of our porch damaged, and the roach problem. They said they would get right on it. Its been two years and even though we have put in massive requests they still have not fixed anything.

And everytime our toliets decide to blow up they don't come to fix them until we threaten to call the new stations. But back to the roaches they are so bad that we had to bomb they place 5 times and even then they seemed to multiple instead of decrease. And when we called Maintenance to complain and for them to come spray they lied and said they would come and they never did. And the pools are either completely dranded because of it being so dirty and always lock because people were getting sick from swimming in the pool.

My neighbors were Ridiculous, upsatirs the husband beat his wife, next door I had drug dealers, and the complex right next to us the father was beating his daughter. It is a war zone over here and I am not Exaggerating. Dont ever Live here you will regret it, I have.
