Tamarus Park may be convenient, but it's a complete hell hole. It's dirty, the carpets are stained, the tile, peeling and the ants and roaches are so bad it's not even funny. My car was stolen THREE times out of the parking lot and then was hit when i was asleep. My neighbor was a drug dealer so people were coming over at all hours yelling and shouting. The lock on my door was loose and had been pried open before. My dishwasher never worked and they never fixed it. None of my windows had screens and they never put any in. My ceiling fan didn't work.....JUST DON'T LIVE THERE. plus they charge WAY too much!
