I have to tell you that living at Tango wasn't so good when the old Manager Melissa was there. She was in fact the most immature, rude person I think I've ever met. Possible that she took prozac' It was just never the same. She was deemeaning to her staff - and just all around mean. When the upper management changed managers I was reluctant at first to say the least. I really liked Sheri at first but again - was gun shy. Well ... wow! What a huge difference. She really knows her stuff! She is friendly and consistent to say the least !

Thank goodness that young, clueless and rude person is no longer there. Of course, when I asked sheri whatever happene to Melissa she was polite to avoid talking about a person in any mean way (I came on strong when I asked and with her great character, she skirted and kept it simple) and told me that she was actually a trainer for ther region or something. I left that conversation alone so sheri wouldn't feel uncomfortable.

I thought to myself though, how coudl this management companhy put this person in charge of training the staff ' You should have seen the way she treated the staff there! Much less.. . the lack of concern for us - ther resident - the customer.

But.. hats off... who ever put sheri at that property should be rewarded for one smart move. The staff is friendlly... the apartments are nice (always have been) and the manager is just amazing.
