I have been there over a year and they have changed management. They moved a noisy problematic family next to me a single guy. The management doesnt do much as far as getting authorities involved with vagrants. There are older kids there that deface the property, sell drugs and make the community look messy. I have see the police there many times dealing with my problematic neighbor and others they have tangled with and they have yet to do anything. The maintenance guys do there job so I cant complain. They have raised their rates but offer nothing as far justifying the rate increase. The gated security is a plus but it is only manned on weekends and by an extremly old guy. It is noisy the upstairs neighbors thump around all night long and you can hear them walking around. There is no place for children to play and it is not a safe for them in the parking lot. The staff only deals with certain matters and does not address problem neighbors despite many police calls bieng made about them.
