Yes, there is often very loud music often coming from the parking lots. It is not only a few of the tenants who are guilty, but one of the maintenance people often hangs around in the parking lot blasting loud music from his trucks! I find this simply unbelievable that an employee of the complex would contribute to the noise problem. It used to be a much more quieter place when I first moved in here. Something also should be done about the "paleteros" or ice cream pushcart vendors honking air horns and the tamale vendors yelling out "TAMALES!" These vendors have become a nuisance recently. The management should consider posting "No soliciting" signs in both English and Spanish around the complex.
Although the complex is not as quiet as it used to be, I still recommend this place because it is still quite safe and it is very clean. Any vandalism or litter here is promptly cleaned up!
