Terra Cotta Villas From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The apartments are spacious for the rental price, but it sometimes took days for the maintaince personel to respond to a complaint. It was frequintly noisy and the police were regularly there. The apartments seemed nice at first but shortly after move in it became apparent that there was a vermin infestation problem from cockroaches. The apartment never did hire a professional exterminator the take care of the problem and I spent about 30 dollars per month on pesticides to try to keep the infestation in my own apartment undercontrol (it was a losing battle).
