The apartments are spacious for the rental price, but it sometimes took days for the maintaince personel to respond to a complaint. It was frequintly noisy and the police were regularly there. The apartments seemed nice at first but shortly after move in it became apparent that there was a vermin infestation problem from cockroaches. The apartment never did hire a professional exterminator the take care of the problem and I spent about 30 dollars per month on pesticides to try to keep the infestation in my own apartment undercontrol (it was a losing battle).

This place used to be very quiet. Something needs to be done about the loud music in the parking lots. It is common for groups of men to stand around in front of a vehicle at night blasting loud music. At least one of the employees of this complex actually contributes to the noise problem with the loud music from his truck and the parties he would sometimes have on weekends.
