-Some floorplans with direct access garages
-Granite countertops
-Lots of room (we have 1200 s.f. plus garage)
-Walk-in closets
-Manager, maintenance staff is nice
-Responsive to concerns (except one instance, noted below)
-Good location
-Pool area and BBQ are nice
Cons:
-High price
