The Belmont

Great Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I looked at a lot of apartments in the Las Vegas/Henderson area (about 50) and I ended up going back to the first one that I saw: The Belmont. The apartments are high quality with new appliances and lots of character, the staff is professional and very friendly, and the grounds are great. When I did my walk-through, my leasing agent thought that my tile floors looked old (they looked fine to me) so she had the maintenance team replace them before I moved my furniture over; now that's service. This is a great place to live. I think that my only gripe is that the parking area is not wide enough and there aren't enough spots for visitors. Despite that one tiny problem, this place is great.
