First off, my car was broken into the first week I arrived, there were two other breakins I'm aware of within my parking area since I've been here(6 months). The apartment is Ok, it stays cool during the summer and warm so far this winter, I really haven't needed to use the air conditioner or heater. The landscaping is nice and there isn't much outside noise. The big problem I have is the floor above seems to crackle every time the people above me walk, it wakes me up often. If it wasn't for this I'd recommend the apartment. The parking lot is also crowded and you don't get a private space.
