The apartment was nice but had to deal with a lot of neighbors yelling and doors slamming. Saw police raids numerous times within the apartment. The worst was when my car was stolen out of the covered parking at night. The office staff seemed indifferent and according to the police, a car gets reported stolen from this complex at least three times a month. A lot of people don't know this but there is a low-income apartment complex right next to the belmont. These are things you should be aware of before moving here.
