I have been since early 2006 and haven't had ANY problems. Car theft is a problem in all of Vegas, but I haven't heard about anything in this complex since I have moved in.

There are 348 apartments, so will you love everyone' Of course not... But the complex is quiet, the apartments well maintained, and the management staff extremely friendly.

I was going to rent this plae for 9 months and then buy a house, but I like it so much that I might stay 2 years and save even more money for a down payment!
