I've been here three years and it is getting worse every day

The last review is extremely accurate. When I moved in three years ago The Belmont was quite nice. As of today, the pool has been closed for weeks because there are cracks in it and management has no idea how to fix the problem and no idea when it might be available again (keep in mind it is the middle of summer in Las Vegas and 110 degrees daily). The lock on the exercise room is broken and this morning I found two homeless men sleeping on the weight benches when I went to work out. I left a message about this this morning before the office was open and asked to be contacted as soon as possible. Over six hours since the office has been open, nobody has contacted me (you'd think this would be a pretty high priority problem, no').
Miscellaneous trash on the grounds, which used to be picked up on a daily basis, is now ignored. The previous property manager left a couple months ago and things have been getting worse at an alarming rate.
I've seen The Belmont go from fairly high end to near ghetto in the three years I've been here, and the rent (of course) is higher now than it was then. For the price, you can do much better than a very rapidly deteriorating property and unresponsive (at best) or inept management.
Are you willing to pay towards the top range of the Vegas rental market for a property without a pool, vagrants sleeping in the exercise room and management who doesn't seem to care about any of the above' If not, you can stop considering The Belmont immediately.

So true. If you are looking for an apartment right now, please save yourself the exorbitant rent and move somehwere else where they care more about the quality of life on their property. Picerne management has gotten too big and too greedy to care about any of their residents.
