This apartment complex is located right next to section eight apartments. The complex has an influx of crime from next door and multiple car break-ins are an almost every weekend occurance. The staff is very nice but not very proactive in doing anything to protect the community. Not worth the money!!!!!!

So true! When I lived there I had to rent a garage as well so that my car wouldn't be broken into again. For all that money, it's ridiculous to live like that. The staff is ineffective and they don't care. It's amazing what apartment complexes can get away with in Vegas.
