People should know that 15 cars have been stolen from this property in the past year and that the property ranks 7th or 8th worst for car theft out of 40 properties in the precinct, according to police department statistics.
There is a lot of turnover in the management office. The staff, with one or two notable exceptions who have been singled out in other reviews, are only as polite as they have to be. The current manager has a dog that barks for hours at a time and she and her family seem to be OK with throwing cigarette butts off their balcony.
My rent rose $50 after one year. The one bedroom apartment is beautiful with much nicer than average appliances and finishing touches. It's more like a condo than the typical rental. However, the complex has a lot of low lifes and idiots who throw litter and liquor bottles all over the place, but that seems typical for Las Vegas.
