This apartment is great when you first move in. With a fantastic move in special it is a great value compared to what you would pay for similar quality elsewhere. When your lease is up they will quickly raise your rent $50. They also force you to buy renter's insurance (through their guy) that only pays for damage to the apt not to your stuff. Just like any other staff they are not super helpful or friendly after the lease is signed. The drainage is not so good with the sinks and they can become smelly. But the appliances are fairly new and all work well. I have never had a problem with bugs or noisy neighbors.
