The Managers just keep getting worse

The Borgata is going down hill the manager on staff is a man he is not nice at all. very rude. only cares about making his pay check. and sitting in his office talking to men and playing around with the leasing agent. NO customer service at all. WHAT OR WHO EVER MADE THIS GUY THE MANAGER.

I HOPE THEY GET IT TOGETHER.
THE STAFF REALLY HAS NO CLUE.
