The Borgata offers great amenities and is gated which offers peace of mind. I am a tenant at Borgata and I have to say I really do love it.
I have searched many complexes, ie. Spanish Palms, Bella Vita, Fiesta, Spanish Wells, Flamingo Bay Club, and Borgata was the only one with the best central location yet excellent amenities.
I would recommend Borgata to those looking to live here...it is quite and I truly do enjoy what it has to offer.
One more thing to add, the bedrooms are on either side of living/dining room, thus provides good privacy if you have a room mate.
