Reverting back to an actual apartment complex From: CNLV Date posted: 10/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   What a shocker. At tonights Las Vegas Planning Commission meeting (item 14)(10/11/07), the applicant TR Boulders Corporation requested and received approval to convert this complex back to an actual apartment complex. The applicants representive said it was for "tax reasons". I believe the item might have to go on to the City Council for final approval. Apparently, it covers all 388 units. To the property owners, offer some concessions and run a top notch property for a few years. Then you might get your money back.
