Amazing From: tiffanytara Date posted: 2/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I find it amazing that people are downing the Leasing agents... I am not yet a tenant... but have visited the property and the office many times in the last month. I have to say i am very impressed with all of the staff! They have always been curtious, and have gone out of their way to help me find the perfect Home. The grounds are beautiful, yeah there is a little bit of garbage here and there, but as a tenant- YOU SHOULD HELP PICK IT UP TOO! geesh... i have neighbors in my gated community where i am now- and they dont do anything!! i find my kids picking up their crap, and when its windy everything lands in our area.. And we live in a very upscale neighborhood. It's called chipping in..As far as the price.. check around!! I found the Boulders to be VERY reasonable!! and the rooms to be larger than most.. not to mention all of the upgrades and the paint!! I want to say Thank You to Stephanie and Brittany for all of their help the last few weeks. I felt very comfortable as well did my children. We hope that all goes well and soon we will be a part of the community there at The Boulders! make it a great day! Tiffany =)
