The Mariner at South Shores

Strict policies, create strong community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   The Mariner staff is very quick on its enforcements of its policies, but it pays off. They do not put up with anything. The community is gated, security is visible, and the staff lives on-site. I have lived here for over 4 years and I will not move, unless the rents go through the roof!!! Small, strict, and maintained, that tells you like it is!
