The management is rude, it takes many calls to get something fixed.
The pool which i was told when i moved in that would be heated in the fall and winter months, i was told by management that they stopped heating the pool because they dont see anyone useing it. Ummm i work late at night and when i swim its when the office is closed. My car was taken early this year i pay extra to have securty and live in a gated area and yet it was taken. I learned later that several other cars were taken or broken in to.
I had a friend that lived here get his garage broken in to and they took everything. I had seen what he had in before and what was left and it had to take hours and a truck to take all the stuff.
I will get letters from management if i am late with anything saying there going to sue me and blah blah, and then they would say "Oh were sorry that was a mistake".
For the rent i am paying this place is not worth it.

some people love to blame everyone else for their missery. I know this tenant (neighbor) and life will be better at this property when this tenant is gone.
While everything is not always perfect and the way I would like it, I am happy with life at the Mariner and proud to call this place home!
