This USED to be a nice place. Now, it's occupied by renters who are more likley to dump their garbage NEAR the trash bins than IN them. You can forget about having a picnic on its grassy areas as they have been reduced to defecation zones for the on-site dog population. You have to use a plastic card to access the Main Entrance; Sometimes it works! Management's priority seems to be to make sure that your curtains match the decor and conducts inspections to assure that this is the case. A one-bedroom goes for $625 as of May 2003. However, You have to throw in another $15 a month for water. You'll be charged $35 to find out if you qualify to live there. If you do, pay an up-front "cleaning fee" of $175, none of which is mentioned on-line. The bedroom, by the way, does NOT come with a light socket! While they do blow the rubbish away every other day, the pigeon droppings only seem to vanish from the awnings by the Leasing Office. If they don't lower the rent to $425 a month after my one-year lease is up, I'm kissing this place good-bye.
