Terrible Maintance and Management! From: Kimberlyann987 Date posted: 8/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved in here about seven months ago and this place has let me down. When I first tried to move in the apartment they had put my family in was a dump, with sever damage. The second apartment they put me in was never cleaned, so I had to clean it myself and wait two weeks to have the carpet cleaned. Then the garbage disposer broke and I waited over a month to get that fixed. There is moldy wood underneath the sink and the maintance just covered it up with new board instead of taking the moldy wood out. I have a foul sewage smell in my apartment, I cannot get them to fix and I fear my daughter is going to get sick. If I could afford to move my family out of here I would. The management is such a joke that I have recieved two eviction notices when I have paid my rent on time every month. Save yourself the anger and aggravation and don't come here!!! I have even had to call contact 13 on them so I didn't loose my apartment!
