THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived in this complex for 4 years.I have had 8 floods from pipes breaking in the walls.My dishwasher has ben reported broken for more than a year and is still broken. My carpet flooded in the living room from the hot water heater upstairs and was left to grow mushrooms for more than 5 days.The office refused to replace both the carpet and the drywall and never patched the hole in the wall created by maintanence.I reported them to the health department and got a falsified rebuttle letter saying my apartment was disgusting and unsanitary. They also said i had dog poop all over my home.i guess the foreign staff members cant tell the difference between dog poop and a couple pieces of dog food. not to mention i was home at the time they supposedly attemted to enter. Do not live here unless you like being called a liar and living in mold infested conditions.
