Frank was one of the main reasons for choosing these apartments because he was such an amazing person to work with. He was honest, helpful and very informative. I did not for a second feel I was getting scammed or buying something I did not need. The apartments themselves were very nice inside. It was plenty of space for my roommate and me. I would take my dog out at 2 or 3 in the morning and I often saw security driving by which put my mind at ease. Neighbors are always a pain, but that just comes with the apartment life.

You must be out your mind!! It is not a great place to live!! We live there from 2002-2006. The ----- dennise so called manager did not renew our lease because we had five people in a two bedroom. I called before we moved if they accept five people to a 2 bedroom and the manament said it was okay. there was no security what so ever there. Our aptmanet was not painted right the carpent was not changed everything was falling apart there! It was pathetic. I told her that we filed for bankruptcy and it was going to be hard to find and apartment she didnt give a damn in the least. The only thing good there was the school the best schol my kids ever been to. Now that we are in this new place my children are being robbed of there education.

I agree! What a great place to live! The apartments were in great shape! The property was very well kept. Just because people can't follow rules, doesn't mean it's a bad property. Anyone that does somthing wrong, or breaks the contract and gets evicted or is asked to move out is obviously going to say it's a bad apartment. The truth is it is a wonderful place to live, and I have recomended it to many people!!!

If it was so pathetic why did you choose to stay for 4 years and why are you upset that you were asked to leave...? Hum...let's think about that. This is true when people don't get their way for not following rules they tend to be on the defense. Get a life!!
