Same company but finally new staff! Wow this place is clean. The laundry rooms are all new, new washers and dryers. They even turned the clubhouse around. We got computers and internet access, flat screen we can watch, DVd's. They even remodeled the fitness room and added a door so we could have a key and use it at night. I have lived here for about 4 years, really was getting tired of it and wanted to move. The new people they brought in have done so much in just a few months that I can't leave now. I am too excited to see what they do next. They are getti rid of the pigeons.. No more roaches... Check this, they even come to do my repairs in 24 hours, no BS man. It's great! Yeah, they still have some problems with the water being shut off....But at least they are fixing the problems and not ignoring it and they give us a notice when they can. Its an old place but affordable and clean the apartments are well worth the money. With all the extra stuff we have now you can't beat the price!!
