Major roach and bedbug problems. Health department out several times. Swimming pool closed often (sometimes by the health department.) They keep raising the rent and they also want $40/month for sewer/water. Also takes forever to get maintenance out, might as well fix it yourself. My car has been broken into several times. No security to be seen at night.
