Tropicana Springs Apartments

Rip-off slum From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This place is horrible! Many of my neighbors have complained about their rent not being credited to their apartments or that if they were late on their water bill they considered the *rent* late, for which the late fees start at $60. The want tenants to pay for WATER and GARBAGE, I have never seen this in an apartment in my life! $40 /month per apartment. There is no gym, no clubhouse. There is one pool and a hot tub that I would not get in if my life depended on it because I've seen some of these residents go in with clothing and even let their babies swim in their diapers. It is usually closed down anyways! Little kids are running around alone after dark. You can find much better places in safer neighborhoods, with much nicer amenities for not much more per month. Heck, you can rent a decent townhouse for another $100/month and probably not have to pay for water!! They want you to sign a 13 month lease here, it's no wonder because everyone wants to leave.
